Nettleham Neighbourhood Plan MADE

Nettleham Neighbourhood Plan was formally adopted by West Lindsey District Council at a Full Council Committee meeting on the 3 March 2016.

The Nettleham Neighbourhood Plan now forms part of the development plan for its area. Under planning law, planning application decisions should be made in accordance with the development plan unless material considerations indicate otherwise. The development plan should be given full weight and be the first point of reference/guidance for anyone making a determination on a planning application.

A review of the Nettleham Neighbourhood Plan is in progress. Nettleham Parish Council completed Regulation 14 consultation on its Draft Plan Review in the Summer of 2022.

The parish council has informed us that its draft plan review is now subject to a second Regulation 14  consultation following comments received during the previous consultation. The plan and associated documents can be found at Nettleham Parish Council's downloads page.

In the documents, the strike throughs and highlighted yellow text identify the changes made since the previous draft plan review. This second consultation ends on 13 June 2023 and all responses should be emailed to Luke Brown Planning Consultant at: lukebr500@gmail.com
