Following a successful examination and referendum, Hemswell Cliff Neighbourhood Plan was formally adopted by West Lindsey District Council at its Full Council committee meeting on the 6 November 2023.
The adopted Plan forms part of the development plan and should be given full weight in helping determine future planning applications within the Plan area. Planning law requires that applications for planning permission be determined in accordance with the development plan unless material considerations indicate otherwise.
