West Lindsey District Council has approved the application by Bardney, Southrey, Stainfield and Apley Parish Councils to have their parishes designated as a joint neighbourhood area for the purposes of producing a neighbourhood plan.
However for the moment the parish councils have decided not to progress with the preparation of that plan.
