West Lindsey District Council has approved the joint application by Upton and Kexby Parish Councils to have their parishes designated as a neighbourhood area for the purposes of producing a neighbourhood plan. The neighbourhood plan group are now working towards the production of the neighbourhood plan.
As yet there is no neighbourhood plan document to view. This will be made available when the plan reaches the Draft Plan Published stage.
