On the 18th June 2019 West Lindsey District Council was instructed by Fiskerton Parish Council that it had passed a special resolution:
"In order for the newly elected council to review and consider the content and supporting documents of the Fiskerton Neighbourhood Plan the parish council wish to withdraw the plan"
The outcome of this resolution means that Fiskerton parish remains a designated area for the purposes of producing a neighbourhood plan but currently it has no neighbourhood plan.
As also instructed by Fiskerton Parish Council, all Fiskerton Neighbourhood Plan documents received by West Lindsey District Council have been returned to the Parish Council.
