West Lindsey District Council has approved the application by Owmby by Spital Parish Council to have their parish designated as a neighbourhood area for the purposes of producing a neighbourhood plan. The Parish Council are now working towards the production of their neighbourhood plan.
The previous joint Normanby by Spital and Owmby by Spital Neighbourhood Plan was withdrawn.
