Reepham Neighbourhood Plan

The Reepham Neighbourhood Plan is currently at examination stage which is being undertaken by an independent examiner.

The examiner will consider all representations received from consultation on the final plan submitted (see Documents 1 to 3 – Regulation 16 responses) and they will scrutinise the plan against relevant legislation.

When completed, the examiner will produce an examination report that may propose modifications to the plan.

For more details see the downloads in the documents section further on this page.

Examination update 11 July 2024

The examiner has carefully considered the details in the final plan, the representations received, and the responses to the clarification note. They have concluded that a hearing is needed to allow a full and transparent examination of the plan of certain elements of the plan.

The hearing will consider the way in which the plan has proposed the allocation of housing sites. The remainder of the plan will continue to be examined in the usual way (by written representations).

The hearing is to be held on Wednesday 25 September 2024 at Reepham and Cherry Willingham Village Hall. It will be open to the public as observers. Only those persons requested by the examiner to participate at the hearing will be invited to speak.

Nearer the date the examiner will issue a detailed note outlining the arrangements for the hearing which will be made available here.
