Our reception is available 9am to 5pm, the quickest way to contact us is to use our website, or ring us on 01427 676676. If you wish to visit our reception area and you are not vulnerable or your enquiry is not urgent you may be advised you need an appointment and will be asked to return later in the day or on a different date. In order to avoid you making an unnecessary trip we suggest you ring us on 01427 676676 before visiting our offices and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.
Please note our reception will be closed until 10am on the first Wednesday of every month for essential staff training. If you require assistance in an emergency during this time please ring 01427 613960. All other online services will remain available.

Emergency out of hours contact
You should only telephone the emergency out of hours telephone number in the event of the following:
- To report and protect yourself from a dangerous structure
- Find yourself homeless and have nowhere to stay
- Need to report a vulnerable child or adult
- To report a stray dog
If you are attacked or chased by an aggressive dog please contact the Police on 101 or 999.

To report an anti social behaviour issue please contact the police on 101. If you feel that your life is in danger phone 999.
