Sudbrooke Neighbourhood Plan

Neighbourhood Plan – Adopted (Made)

Following a successful examination and referendum, Sudbrooke Neighbourhood Plan was formally adopted by West Lindsey District Council at its Full Council committee meeting on the 2 March 2020.

The Sudbrooke Neighbourhood Plan now forms part of the development plan for its area. Under planning law, planning application decisions should be made in accordance with the development plan unless material considerations indicate otherwise. The development plan should be given full weight and be the first point of reference/guidance for anyone making a determination on a planning application.

A review of the existing Sudbrooke Neighbourhood Plan is currently being prepared by the Sudbrooke Parish Council.

Neighbourhood Plan – Review

Sudbrooke Parish Council has notified this council that it is formally consulting on the amendments to the Sudbrooke Neighbourhood Plan and its associated documents. It is consulting under Regulation 14 (Pre-Submission) of the Neighbourhood Planning Regulations.

The neighbourhood plan has been subject to a review over the past few months so that it is up to date with the recently adopted review of the Central Lincolnshire Local Plan.

The consultation period runs from 7 October 2024 and closes on the 17 November 2024.

The plan and associated documents can be viewed on Sudbrooke Parish Council's website and or in the documents section on this page.
