Landlord Accreditation
The council is working in partnership with DASH Services (Decent and Safe Homes) to raise awareness of the regional landlord accreditation scheme which plays a key role in promoting good property standards and practices across the private rented sector.
Landlords who sign up to DASH Landlord Accreditation Lincolnshire are awarded a quality mark for demonstrating their skills in property and tenant management. Membership is FREE and members benefit from advice and guidance as well as a variety of financial discounts and access to a support network with a comprehensive resource library, newsletters and events.
Accreditation is awarded to the landlord rather than the property and landlords are able to complete online training and attend various events and seminars to aid their business.
On applying, DASH Landlord Accreditation will visit a sample of a landlord’s property portfolio to help give practical help where it counts.
Landlords can apply directly on the DASH Services and Landlord Accreditation website or calling 01332 640324. Tenants can look for the Dash Landlord Accreditation Lincolnshire logo when looking for their next home.
Landlord Associations
There are a number of organisations operating in the district that offer support to landlords.
