Outreach Worker (Change4Lincs)
Change4Lincs is a partnership between South Kesteven, South Holland, North Kesteven and West Lindsey District Councils to support people known to be at risk of rough sleeping within these districts.
Outreach workers respond to report of rough sleeping, directly engage with individuals and provide effective support to rough sleepers to enter safe and suitable accommodation.
This vacancy is for a fixed term contract until 31 March 2023, for 37 hours a week, at £22,158 per annum.
