POSTPONED: Saturday 14 November, 7.30pm

Following government advice, West Lindsey District Council has made the difficult decision to postpone all public performances and screenings with immediate effect at the Trinity Arts Centre.

This will be in effect until further notice.

We appreciate the inconvenience and disruption that this may cause, however, we believe our priority is to protect our patrons during this time. We will continue to monitor the situation and continue to follow government advice. All updates will be made on our website or on social media or via our newsletter.

A member of our team will be in contact if your show or film has been affected. You will be given the option to transfer your ticket to the rescheduled date, exchange your ticket for account credit which you can put towards the cost of any future performance or film, or request a refund. Our team are working through the affected shows in date order, so please bear with us as we are working on skeletal staff and at home.
It is important we continue to look after each other – thank you for your support during this time and we can’t wait to welcome you back soon.

The Music of Elton John and Billy Joel

Singer songwriter John Reilly and Canadian pianist and songwriter Lewis Nitikman grew up on different sides of the Atlantic, but listening to the music of Elton John and realising that these tunes had a profound effect on both of their musical careers, which led to this series of concerts which have been played throughout the country over the last few years. Sometimes they also add the timeless songs of Billy Joel to their repertoire and are very much looking forward to bringing this show to Trinity Arts Centre.

The concert is not a tribute, but a celebration of the music of Elton John and Billy Joel. John Reilly, whose albums have received both national and  international air play, sings the songs very accurately, but in his own inimitable style and also plays percussion and harmonica, Lewis Nitikman, who is Berkelee trained and has produced 3 gold albums in Canada,  plays piano and bass keyboards.

This will be a truly unique evening of stunning vocals and outstanding piano, It is a totally live performance, expect to hear all your favourite Elton and Billy tunes including 'Your Song', ‘Piano Man’, 'Daniel', ‘Uptown Girl’, Candle in the Wind', ‘New York State of Mind’,'Goodbye Yellow Brick Road' etc., but also some you may not be so familiar with. It’s not a tribute, it’s a true celebration of these wonderful tunes.

Tickets: £15, £14
