We operate pay and display car parks in Gainsborough and Market Rasen. Details about annual and monthly prices can be found on our Parking permits page.
All car parks are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and are long stay excluding Gainsborough Roseway which is short stay (maximum 4 hours). Free parking is also available after 6pm, Sundays and bank holidays.
There is free motorcycle parking with the designated area being indicated by road markings in the following car parks.
- Gainsborough – Bridge Street and Riverside
- Market Rasen – Festival Hall and John Street
Holders of a valid disabled badge can park for free. Blue badges must be displayed and we ask wherever possible that the designated bays are used. Locations and number of spaces are shown on the map below. Prices are also displayed by the ticket machines in all car parks.
All surface car parks in Gainsborough and The Festival Hall and John Street car parks in Market Rasen are covered by monitored CCTV cameras.

*Free car parking is offered on a per vehicle and per day basis. Moving a vehicle from one of our car parks to another one of our car parks does not provide another period of free parking.
Electric vehicle charging points
There are electric vehicle charging points in Gainsborough Roseway car park and Market Rasen Leisure Centre. Both locations have two points and the cost to charge is £0.55 per kilowatt hour.
All other spaces in the Market Rasen Leisure Centre car park are only for visitors using the centre's facilities.
