Sudbrooke Neighbourhood Plan

Neighbourhood Plan – Adopted (Made)

Following a successful examination and referendum, Sudbrooke Neighbourhood Plan was formally adopted by West Lindsey District Council at its Full Council committee meeting on the 2 March 2020.

The Sudbrooke Neighbourhood Plan now forms part of the development plan for its area. Under planning law, planning application decisions should be made in accordance with the development plan unless material considerations indicate otherwise. The development plan should be given full weight and be the first point of reference/guidance for anyone making a determination on a planning application.

A review of the existing Sudbrooke Neighbourhood Plan is currently being prepared by the Sudbrooke Parish Council.
