The original Sturton by Stow and Stow Neighbourhood Plan was adopted by West Lindsey District Council on 4 July 2022. In October 2023, Sturton by Stow and Stow parish councils agreed to undertake a minor modifications review of the plan and in July 2024 they submitted their reviewed plan to the council for approval.
In August 2024, we approved the Sturton by Stow and Stow Neighbourhood Plan Review July 2024 as a minor (non-material) modifications review of the original plan (see Decision Statement August 2024). The plan review succeeds the original neighbourhood plan, to form part of the West Lindsey Development Plan for the Sturton by Stow and Stow parish areas and should be given full weight in helping determine future planning applications within the plan area.
