Neighbourhood Plan – Adopted (Made)

Saxilby with Ingleby Neighbourhood Plan was formally adopted by West Lindsey District Council at a Full Council Committee meeting on 8 May 2017.

The Saxilby with Ingleby Neighbourhood Plan now forms part of the development plan for its area. Under planning law, planning application decisions should be made in accordance with the development plan unless material considerations indicate otherwise. The development plan should be given full weight and be the first point of reference/guidance for anyone making a determination on a planning application.

A review of the existing Saxilby with Ingleby Neighbourhood Plan is currently being prepared by the Saxilby with Ingleby Parish Council.

Neighbourhood Plan – Review

Saxilby with Ingleby Parish Council is preparing the Saxilby with Ingleby Neighbourhood Plan Review for the parish.

It has completed the Plan Review's Regulation 14 (pre-submission) stage on which consultation closed on 9 December 2024.
