Neighbourhood Plan – Adopted (Made)

Saxilby with Ingleby Neighbourhood Plan was formally adopted by West Lindsey District Council at a Full Council Committee meeting on 8 May 2017.

The Saxilby with Ingleby Neighbourhood Plan now forms part of the development plan for its area. Under planning law, planning application decisions should be made in accordance with the development plan unless material considerations indicate otherwise. The development plan should be given full weight and be the first point of reference/guidance for anyone making a determination on a planning application.

A review of the existing Saxilby with Ingleby Neighbourhood Plan is currently being prepared by the Saxilby with Ingleby Parish Council.

Neighbourhood Plan – Review

A review of the Saxilby with Ingleby Neighbourhood Plan is in progress. Saxilby-with-Ingleby Parish Council has submitted its Neighbourhood Plan Review and supporting documents for consideration under Neighbourhood Plan Regulation 16. West Lindsey District Council will now consult with the public and consultation bodies. All the documents are available as PDF downloads. The consultation period is until 22 August 2025.
