If you are a parish or town council or acting on behalf of a parish council and would like to enquire about starting a neighbourhood plan, please complete the Designation Request Application form, or email neighbourhoodplans@west-lindsey.gov.uk
Information for residents
If you are a resident of a parish area with no neighbourhood plan it is your parish council who sits as the responsible body for neighbourhood planning. Please contact your parish council to discuss starting the process. Parish contact details can be found on the parish and town council details page.
