Sudbrooke Neighbourhood Plan has reached referendum stage. The examination of the plan was carried out by an independent examiner in Sept / Oct 2019 by written representations. Subject to a series of recommended modifications set out in their report (see final report and response letter below) the examiner concluded that the examination of the Sudbrooke Neighbourhood Plan was successful and the plan should proceed to referendum.
West Lindsey District Council and Sudbrooke Parish Council agreed that all of the recommended modifications made by the independent examiner be included and in the original Neighbourhood Plan in order for it to proceed to public referendum. The revised referendum version of the plan and documents specific to the referendum are viewable/downloadable below. The referendum is to be held on 13 February 2020. More information about the referendum is available on our By-elections and neighbourhood planning referendums page.
