Bishop Norton and Atterby Neighbourhood Plan

Bishop Norton and Atterby Neighbourhood Plan has reached referendum stage. The examination of the plan was carried out by an independent examiner in mid-2020. Subject to a series of recommended modifications set out in their report (see below) the examiner concluded that the examination of the Bishop Norton and Atterby Neighbourhood Plan had been successful and the plan should proceed to referendum.

West Lindsey District Council has agreed with Bishop Norton and Atterby Parish Council that all of the examiner’s recommended modifications be accepted and included in the Neighbourhood Plan in order for it to proceed to public referendum (see below). The final referendum version of the plan is available below. The referendum is to be held on 6 May 2021 having previously been delayed due to the COVID-19 situation.

Prior to the referendum date more details about the referendum will be made available on the By-Elections and Neighbourhood Planning Referendums web page.
