We are responsible for providing the council’s Local Authority Searches.
Our fees have increased slightly this year with basic searches at £162.80 (CON29R).
Optional enquiries on the CON29O are only £28.00 each.
You can submit your search via post, email or through online providers.
Our department received “Local Authority Searches Team of the Year” at the Land Data Local Land Charges Awards 2023.
