Project: The Edge
An eco housing development on the Lincolnshire Showground was developed by Gusto Group. 18 homes were built in phase 1 and phase 2 sees another 11 being built.

14 November 2018: Building Inspector was most helpful in giving advice in areas which needed further clarification and was accessible and always there to assist.
22nd October 2018: I made a late application due to a lack of communication with the builder. I was given advice and assistance by the visiting offer. When I received the enforcement letter I acted as advised, which was very helpful.
3 August 2018: Unfortunately I did not appreciate at the start how much support I could get from Building Control and did not realise that you might add value to my property I saw very little of you as a result I am not a regular user of the service.
