The penalty charges are £70 or £50, dependant on the type of parking contravention committed. If paid within 14 days the penalty charge notice (PCN) rate is discounted by 50%.

How do I pay or challenge a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) fine received from West Lindsey District Council?
The Lincolnshire District Parking Portal can be used to pay or challenge Penalty Charge Notices.
Parking restrictions – motorhome parking
If your motorhome will fit in a standard parking bay (this means that all four wheels of the vehicle fit within our 2.5m by 5m bay), and you wish to park in our car parks, you will need to purchase a pay and display ticket as normal.
Please note that these figures may increase from year to year as further monies are collected
