Which off-street car parks do you enforce?

This council only enforces parking in council owned off-street car parks.

What are the penalty charges?

The penalty charges are £70 or £50, dependant on the type of parking contravention committed. If paid within 14 days the PCN rate is discounted by 50%.

What are the penalty charges by year?

  • 2009/10: £55 if paid within 28 days, £20 if paid within 14 days and £15 if paid within 7 days. There was an administration charge of £5.00 for ECN’s cancelled upon appeal.
  • 2010/11: £60 if paid within 28 days, £40 if paid within 14 days and £30 if paid within 7 days. There was an administration charge of £10 for ECN’s cancelled upon appeal.
  • 2011 and up until December 5th 2012: ECN penalty charges were £60 if paid within 28 days, £45 if paid within 14 days & £35 if paid within 7 days. There was a £12 Administration fee for ECN’s cancelled upon appeal.
