Parish Lighting Policy

Our Parish Lighting Policy provides details of the criteria we use for providing parish lighting and sets out the processes we use when reviewing existing lights and requests to install new lights.

You can view our Parish Lighting Policy in the Downloads section.

Requesting a new parish light

We can consider requests for new parish lights. Typically this type of request would come from a Parish or Town Council. Our Parish Lighting Policy provides more details about the process we have for reviewing new requests.

We do not currently provide any funding for new parish lights. This means any new request will need to include identified funding for its installation and on-going operation and maintenance.

To request a new parish light please contact us via e-mail with details of your proposal. We will then contact you to discuss in more detail and arrange a site visit if required.
