Pollution Control - Clean Air Act Approval

The Clean Air Act 1993 introduced a wide range of regulations which include the control of smoke emissions, the height of chimneys and the content and composition of motor fuels.

Pollution Control - Water

Pollution events such as oil spills or the accidental release of raw sewage into rivers and watercourses can damage the environment.

Insect Nuisance

Local authorities have a duty to take reasonable steps, where practicable, to investigate any complaints of insect nuisance.
