Exercise Referral Scheme
The West Lindsey Exercise Referral Scheme provides you with 12 weeks of exercise within local leisure centres for £20.00. The specially qualified fitness instructors (GP Exercise Referral Level 3 Qualified) will talk to you about your specific needs and tailor a beginner’s exercise programme for you. If you are interested in taking part please contact your GP or Practice Nurse. On completion of the 12 weeks you will be offered a concessionary membership should you wish to take advantage of this.
Walking for Health
West Lindsey Health Walks is a voluntary community group supported by Lincolnshire County Council. Our current programme offers between 40 and 50 led walks across the district every month which are free of charge, usually lasting 1 hour led by a qualified volunteer walk leader. The majority walks are circular, start and finish at the same point
