Digital Consultation

West Lindsey District Council are currently looking to improve the ways that customers can contact the council, request services and find information. In particular, we are looking to increase our use of digital technology, not just online, but throughout our other access channels. This will help us to ensure that customers find it easy to request services and provide relevant information to us, as well as getting speedy, quality responses.

We are looking to hold a couple of customer workshops to find out from our customers what they would like us to offer in terms of digital services. These workshops will take place on Tuesday 23 January 2018, one at 11am and another after working hours (exact time to be confirmed).
