Public participation at council meetings has been temporarily amended due to current circumstances. Anyone wishing to address the meeting must register in advance and no later than 5pm on the Monday prior to the meeting. Comments and questions must also be submitted by this time via email to firstname.lastname@example.org On registering with the Democratic Services team (email as given) you will receive confirmation of your submission and instructions on how to join the virtual meeting. Should there be any technical issues during the meeting, your submitted comments will be read on your behalf by the Committee Clerk. All submissions are subject to the usual conditions and time limits as detailed in the schemes (links provided on this page).
