Rand Farm Park give children opportunity to meet Santa online!

At Home with Santa

Since the latest Government restrictions, Rand Farm Park were forced to cancel their annual 'Real Christmas Experience' which attracts visitors from across the county.

Staff at the park quickly adapted to this and created 'At Home with Santa', a new Digital Christmas Experience that allows families a personal online video call with Santa himself.

This exciting alternative gives families the chance to have a personal, private call with Santa, based in their grotto on the farm, allowing children to still experience the magic of Christmas at a time that has been so uncertain for many.

Calls will last up to twenty minutes and will include a feature length film of this year’s Elf Academy, Bake Off with Mrs Claus and Sugarplum, plus an exclusive Zoom call with one of our Elves as well as Santa himself.

To make this experience as magical as possible, during your booking process, you will be asked to add personal information about you and your children that only Santa could possibly know!

For more information or to book visit their website. This experience has become extremely popular so make sure to book as soon as possible. Slots are available up until 24 December.

Since their announcement of their 'At Home with Santa' experience, legislation has changed slightly which has allowed them to bring parts of their original 'Real Christmas Experience' back to the farm.

On the Farm with Santa tickets include:

  • Admission to the farm and access to all outdoor areas, including the Adventure Playground and Animal Barn
  • Meet and Greet with Santa in their undercover Christmas area. (This is protected from the rain but is large, open and ventilated. Please bring a coat!)
  • Gift for every child from Santa’s Magical Toy Shop
  • Meet Rudi and Rossi, our real Reindeer
  • Socially distanced Animal Handling Sessions throughout the day
  • Reduced capacity Tractor Rides throughout the day

In order to keep everybody safe, ticket numbers have been reduced to allow for social distancing. They will also continue to uphold our high standards of cleaning and a full time cleaner will be sanitising frequently touched points including accessible play equipment. Multiple sanitiser stations are also located around the park.

As this is not their usual experience, tickets have been heavily reduced. For more information or to book visit their website. Tickets are available until 24 December.

Despite the new regulations surrounding the opening of Santa’s Grottos, the team at the park have decided that that they cannot put Santa, his elves, or their guests at increased risk and so are not operating any indoor aspects of the Christmas Experience. Private Santa video calls are available as part of our “At Home with Santa” experience which can be booked here.
