Forty new properties, 10 of which will be affordable homes, are currently under construction in the picturesque village of Nettleham.

West Lindsey is open for business and is pleased to welcome new developers Homes by Stirlin to the district, who are delivering their first site at Lodge Lane in the village.

The 10 affordable homes on offer are six, 2 and 3 bedroom homes for affordable rent and four 3 bedroom homes for shared ownership.

These will be owned and managed by Ongo who are the largest housing provider in North Lincolnshire offering affordable homes for rent and sale.

The affordable homes at Lodge Lane will be the first homes that Ongo own in West Lindsey and the council are pleased to welcome them and look forward to this new partnership.

The affordable housing will provide opportunities for households who are unable to access or afford market housing to secure housing in this popular village.

Priority will be given to those who currently live, have previously lived or have family members in the village. West Lindsey is therefore actively encouraging persons with this connection to register their interest for the properties through the Home Choice West Lindsey website.

The affordable homes to rent will shortly be available to let through the West Lindsey’s new Home Choice system. This is the new way to register for Choice Based Lettings and for advice and assistance with housing in West Lindsey. To register, please visit:

Shared ownership enquiries are currently being taken by Ongo. If you would like to register your interest for one of the affordable homes, you can enquire with Ongo here:
