Everyone should take pride in a job well done and it’s that time of year where the best construction projects in the East Midlands are recognised.
West Lindsey District Council is delighted to announce that a number of Lincolnshire developers have been shortlisted in the LABC (Local Authority Building Control) East Midlands Building Excellence Awards.
Developers shortlisted include: Boss Construction, Ryland Design and Ross Davy Associates.
Also shortlisted are a number of individual homeowners who have been shortlisted for ‘Best Individual New Home’ and Best Change of Use of an Existing Building or Conversion.
West Lindsey Building Control team are proud to have worked with people who are performing at the top of their game.
Phillip Westmorland, Building Control Team Manager said: “It’s great to have the opportunity to showcase the excellence in development and housing that the district has to offer.

The three shortlisted developers are delighted to have been shortlisted.
Ryland Design Services Limited and Boss Construction have been nominated for the ‘Best Small New Housing Development’.
Andrew Allison, Managing Director at Ryland Design Services Limited, said: “We are very pleased to be nominated again for an East Midlands Award. As a company we are proud that our developments stand out from the crowd and that our clients and their builders go the extra mile to offer a superb mix of dwellings, which are well designed, well-constructed and offer a home where people want to live. We also thank the Building Control Team for their assistance.”
Joe Evans, Director at Boss Construction, said: “We’re delighted to receive an award nomination for our Hilton Court, Saxilby development. The houses have individual character built to a very high standard, so it’s a great feeling that the LABC has recognised us for our efforts. It’s fantastic that all our hard works are noticed against our competitors.”
Ross Davey Associates are delighted to be nominated for the awards in two categories. Daniel Snowden, Ross Davy Associates, said: “It’s always a pleasure to be nominated for an LABC award. We have not only been nominated for Best Small Housing Development, but also Best Individual House. The family homes in the centre of the village, overlooking the playing fields, have been a major success and received high praise from the owners.”
All of the shortlisted developers have been invited to attend the black tie awards ceremony, which will take place on Friday 17 May at the Athena in Leicester.
