The information contained in this leaflet shows how the money received from West Lindsey District Council will be spent.
Contained within the total amount to be spent by all Parish Councils in the West Lindsey District area is the sum of £171,332.00 which is required by Market Rasen Town Council for the 2024/25 Precept.
This is equivalent to a council tax charge of £132.58 for a Band D property (an increase of £3.86 from the previous annual figure).

National and international economic factors, along with environmental incidents, have impacted on our area however Market Rasen Town Council has continued to pursue a fiscally frugal budget.
The council has endeavoured to reduce costs wherever possible whilst maximising income from the hire of facilities. Service levels have increased through increased use of the council office and operational analysis.
