The Home Office Large Sites Accommodation Programme is hosting an upcoming local community engagement event to discuss the asylum accommodation site at Scampton.
The event will inform the local community of plans for Scampton and establish a two-way dialogue with local people. It is taking place at the Lincolnshire Showground on Thursday, 31 August, and there will be four sessions taking place throughout the day with a maximum of 100 attendees per event.
All attendees will need to sign up via Eventbrite and the events are limited to those who live within the closest proximity to the former RAF Scampton site, including Scampton; Aisthorpe; Brattleby; Cameringham; and North Carlton.
