This Choice Based Lettings Policy sets out the framework within which the council operates in the assessment of housing need on the common housing register and the letting of social rented properties.
Currently West Lindsey are part of a partnership with City of Lincoln and North Kesteven Councils. As this partnership is due to end we proposed the draft policy and asked for comments on the proposed amendments which we have made to take into account the local priorities and the challenges which face West Lindsey.
This consultation has now closed and the results are being analysed. As soon as this process has taken place this page will be updated with the final report.
