Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO)

Following the end of public consultation in January and analysis of the results, it was decided that closure of the footpath between Enderby Crescent and ‘Rec Hill’ would NOT be recommended.

Public Space Protection Order - Gainsborough Town Council Cemeteries

This proposal was with reference to discharging a Public Space Protection Order (PSPO) that within the boundaries of Gainsborough General Cemetery and North Warren Cemetery, dogs must be kept on leads at all times and the use of motor vehicles for recreational purposes has been prohibited.
