We are in the process of putting together a new Customer Experience Strategy that will plan how we deliver our services and deal with our customers over the next five years.

Considering advances in technology, we need to ensure that we are providing access to our services in several different ways. Changes in behaviour due to the pandemic illustrate that many customers are willing to self serve. Therefore, we need to make sure our digital and online offerings are responsive, robust and meet the requirements of our customers.
