These sessions are open to businesses across the district – from online only and market traders, to start-ups and established. They will all be approximately 1 hour and aim to be fast paced, engaging, interactive and to provide you with a wealth of take-away resources, including the recording of the session and a PDF of the slides (including the activities to apply to your business).

As a little gift - those who register for 2 or more sessions can also receive a free copy of my business book - The Retail Champion - 10-Steps to Retail Success - signed and dedicated if you so wish (if you already attended the 10-steps session that counts as 1!)

For information, the sessions will be delivered via Zoom, but you can access this by following a simple link. You can watch / listen on any internet enabled device, although one with a larger screen is better.
