Council online facility
You can save time by paying your business Rate account online. We accept most major debit and credit cards and the service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Your payment will take place within a secure payment system. We use a Thawte® SSL123 Certificates incorporating Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This can be identified by a padlock icon on your screen. All of your personal and card details are protected using up to 256 bit encryption, when transmitted over the Internet.
Payments made here will be posted the following working night.
Pay your Business Rates by Direct Debit
There are a choice of payment date on the 1st, 15th, 23rd or 28th of the month.
If you wish to pay this way you can set one up over the phone on 01522 873342, email us at revenues@lincoln.gov.uk or download the direct debit form. Please return it to the address shown on the form.
24 hour telephone payment
You can make a telephone payment using your credit or debit card. Dial the main office telephone number 01427 676676 and select the payment option on the menu when prompted to access the automated payments facility. Please note that the service is unavailable between 4:45pm to 5pm every day.
Any queries regarding the automated payment facility can be made by phoning the main office telephone number 01427 676676. Select the option for ‘All other enquires’ to speak to Customer Services during the council’s office opening hours.

Please use sort code 57-02-50 (National Westminster) and the 8 digit bank account number of 00000000.
Please ensure that only your West Lindsey District Council account number is quoted as the reference.
