We are committed to listening to you and acting upon what we hear. 

Getting your feedback is very important to us, be it a just a comment, a compliment or a complaint.

We will use your views to look at our services and see how we can continue to build on the good aspects and how we can improve those you feel are not as good as they could be.

Online form - Getting Started

The first time you use our Aurora online forms system you may need to install Microsoft Silverlight before you can continue. if Silverlight is not currently installed on your computer, you will be prompted to install it. This is free, only takes a minute and you will only need to do this once.

Once you are using Aurora, you can search for your address (if within the West Lindsey District) and this will be remembered every time you use Aurora, rather than having to search for it again.

The system is easy to use and there is a help button to guide you around the functionality and tools.

The Aurora TM My Area and Do It Online system provides a single point of access to geographic information held throughout the district and our online services. You can find information about your house or neighbourhood (including planning issues and bin collection days) as well as conduct business with us online including reporting incidents/issues, making applications and finding your nearest amenities. Please ensure that you read the disclaimer before use.
