Customer Services
We aim at West Lindsey to deliver an excellent service to our customers. All of our staff are guided by core values and behaviours that support providing good services to customers.
We have in place a Customer Services team that is solely dedicated to the delivery of good customer services either directly or by involving the most appropriate expert we have.
The head of this unit is Lyn Marlow, Customer Relations Manager, and she is supported by Customer Relations staff, who are based at our Corporate Receptions at the Guildhall, Gainsborough and our area office at Market Rasen.
