Local Strategic Partnerships and Community Strategies
The Local Government Act 2000 requires local authorities to have in place a Sustainable Community Strategy to improve the economic, social and environmental well-being of their areas. It is also expected that local authorities will facilitate the development of Local Strategic Partnerships (LSPs) to develop this. In west Lindsey there is one SCS covering two-tier local government area of Lincolnshire.
