• Development Control - Advice on the planning process, pre-application guidance, the latest fees, tracking and commenting on an application and planning Enforcement.

•  Development Plans - For details of the West Lindsey Local Plan and emerging Local Development Framework (LDF) documents, current consultations and other policy/strategic planning issues. 

• Conservation, Design and Countryside - Information on West Lindsey's conservation areas, listed buildings, ancient monuments and the latest on the Caistor Townscape Heritage Initiative.

• Trees and Hedges - Information relating to Tree Preservation Orders (TPOs), High Hedges, Hedgerow Regulations and applications for remedial works.
