Building Control
The Building Control function exists to ensure that buildings are designed and constructed so as to ensure the health, safety, welfare and convenience of people using them.
The Unit provides a plan checking and site inspection service to the public, builders, architects and developers to ensure compliance with building regulations. Within this section you will find details of how to apply, the relevant forms and fees and also an online application facility.
