The Home Options team carries out an assessment with each customer to ensure that we find the most suitable option for that household. Please complete the Home Options referral form below to arrange an assessment, when we will provide any further forms you need.
Whilst the housing register is held by West Lindsey District Council, the Council no longer has any properties. In applying to the housing register you become eligible for your required type of accommodation within West Lindsey.
The properties you would become considered for by joining our register are managed by different housing associations. This means you would become eligible for housing with over 11 housing associations.
Housing applications are assessed on a customer’s housing need at that present time.
Who can apply?
People considered for the housing register are:
- Those who have lived in West Lindsey for three out of the last five years
- Those who have lived in West Lindsey for the last six months
- Those people who have a family member in West Lindsey
- Those people who work in West Lindsey
If you do not meet the above criteria, please contact us for advice about other housing options in West Lindsey
