I am interested in working with empty properties

If you are a builder, developer, landlord, letting or estate agent, first time buyer or simply looking to purchase a property the perfect solution maybe out there. We make regular contact with empty property owners, who may be looking to sell, let or renovate a property they own.

Although we cannot release lists of the empty properties we may be able to put you in contact with owners as part of a liaising service. Please visit the www.lincsemptyhomes.org.uk website to register for the service and see properties currently available.
