To make a payment you can pay by 2 easy, quick methods that are available 24 hours a day!
- Pay on our website with your credit or debit card.
- Pay using our automated telephone service with your credit and debit card
Other ways to pay are:
- Over the telephone by speaking to a customer services advisor and using your credit and debit card. Telephone 01427 676 676.
- In person at the Guildhall and Market Rasen using your credit and debit card
- Pay by Direct Debit for a bill you may pay by instalments for example Council Tax. A very easy cost effective way to pay. Contact us.
Whilst we currently do accept cheques we are looking to phase them out to comply with the requirements of banks who are to stop processing cheques in 2018, so we would encourage you to pay using the alternative methods above.
Other Ways to Pay
The council offers various methods by which to pay the Council Tax.
Direct Debit
Direct Debit is the council’s preferred method of payment.
Paying in instalments
Council tax is usually payable by 10 instalments from April through to January.
