Wolds Leisure - Caistor - is a shared facility with Caistor Yarborough School, with parking and disabled access. Open on weekdays from 6.00 pm to 10.00 pm and 9.30 am to 4.30 pm Saturdays and, from 15th October, 12.30 pm to 7.30 pm on Sundays.
There is also a wide range of sporting activity for children during school holidays.
The facilities on offer are:
- Four court sports hall - activities including badminton, football, hockey, netball, basketball, volleyball, short tennis, indoor cricket and men's keep fit.
- Gymnasium - activities such as karate and irish dancing
- Hard courts for tennis and netball, football and rugby pitches, cricket table
- Telemedcare Equipment - health and fitness monitor

TELEMEDCARE ACTIHEALTH SYSTEM
Telemedcare provides the tool to measure your health and fitness levels. The Actihealth System is a simple to use monitoring device collecting health data on ;
Heart and lung function, BMI ( body mass index ), blood pressure and blood oxygen levels - a five minute non invasive fitness check in other words. Data is clearly presented in graphical format including standard parameters for a healthy body and is continually checked by trained clinical staff in the call centre, with the user alerted of any irregularities.
Registration on to the system costs just £5 ( FREE to monthly Mint Condition members ) and then costs just £2 per use.
AEROBIKING
A great fun new way of keeping fit. All the best elements of cycling in an aerobics class atmosphere.
BIRTHDAY PARTIES
An ideal location for the youngsters to let off steam. With our mix of bouncy castle and parachute or other team games, we can tailor your party to suit your needs.
CHILDREN'S ACTIVITY SESSIONS
There are regular weekly sessions in mini kickers football, cricket, badminton, hockey, and karate.
