Ancient Monuments
There are 100 Scheduled Ancient Monuments, this is a relatively high number, and reflects the rich history of the district.
Conservation Areas
The designation of a conservation area indicates the Council’s positive commitment to to preserve and enhance the quality of the environment.
Listed Buildings
A listed building is one that is included in the Statutory list of Buildings of Special Architecture or Historic Interest.
Trees and Hedges
At West Lindsey District Council we have a dedicated Environment Officer who deals with tree and hedge matters.
