If you are a West Lindsey resident or business who is liable to pay Council Tax or Business Rates you have the option to go paper-free with your account(s) and access your details online via our secure and encrypted website.

Our Citizens Account service allows you to easily view:
- Your latest (and previous) bills and receive email (and optional SMS) notifications when a new bill is available
- A statement of your account(s)
- A list of your payments and the remaining instalments to be paid
